Nordic Iron Ore’s organisation and management team consists of three people for managing the initial phase of exploration and project development. The organisation is supported by a number of contracted consultants and external consulting companies with good experience from similar projects.
Nordic Iron Ore intends to expand the organisation gradually as the need for in-house staff increases. the further on project development progresses at the company. The company evaluates which parts should be managed in-house and what should be outsourced. In total, the organization is expected to, directly and indirectly, involve just over 300 people.
